Chief Executive Officer
Patrick joined SHRF in October 2007 and is responsible for the overall direction, development and management of programs and initiatives across the organization, leading the management team, and working collaboratively with the SHRF staff, Board of Directors, stakeholders, funders and external partners to advance SHRF’s best interests.
Catherine joined SHRF in May 2017 and is responsible for overall administrative support for the CEO, the Board and related external relations support.
Director of Funding Programs
Karen began her role as with SHRF in November 2010 and is responsible for managing funding competitions, developing and implementing funding programs and policies, and contributing to strategic planning.
Funding Programs Officer
Danielle joined SHRF in October 2015 and works with all aspects of the organization’s funding programs, including follow-up reporting, managing funding competitions as assigned, and contributing to program and policy development and evaluation.
Tanya joined SHRF in 2011 and provides assistance and support to all aspects of the SHRF funding process for annual grants and major initiatives.
Director of COmmunications and Outreach
Richard joined SHRF in September 2016 and is responsible for leading all communications activities for the organization, including government relations, branding, media relations, sponsorships, and internal communication.
Communications and Outreach Officer
Nikki joined SHRF in October 2015 and is responsible for working with all aspects of the organization’s communications and outreach efforts, including overseeing aspects of publications, website, special events, and e-communications.
Pamela joined SHRF in November 2008 and provides assistance and support to all aspects of SHRF's communications and outreach efforts, as well as general administrative support.
Director of Finance
Lina joined SHRF in January 2016 and is responsible for enhancing financial management, reporting and accountability of the organization, developing and managing contracts with partners and service providers, ensuring good human resource management practices, overseeing a secure and effective IT system that includes a grants-management system, and contributing to strategic planning.
Irene joined SHRF in July of 2009 and is responsible for carrying out general and grants accounting, as well as payroll and benefits administration, and all related reporting requirements.
